|Description: ||To be cross-trained in various office functions pertaining to the Kentucky office. |
Inventory backup: Including learning all of the responsibilities of inventory clerk. Takesdowns, offcuts, z notes, restack notes, waste, tear down orders, receiving and credit returns, cycle counts, and research inventory problems.
Sample Backup: Including learning all responsibilities of the same department.
Switchboard Backup: Relieve the switchboard operator for breaks and lunch. Also will cover for vacations, when required.
Credit Checks: Follow up on commercial credit references.
Office Supplies: Keep office manager advised of levels of all office supplies (pens, pencils, markets, folders, etc.)
|Requirements:||High School Diploma or equivalent|
Prefer 1-2 years of office experience, with data entry and typing experience. Basic computer and phone skills. Extremely organized, detail oriented.
